For high-speed labeling of up to 200 m/min, a label buffer in the form of a loop unit is an important addition in addition to the motor-driven unwinders and rewinders.

One of the most common configurations is a labeling speed of 30 m/min. Typical applications are labeling of products or packaging from the side or from the top.
