The lengths of the clear width systems can be varied to create space for additional components. At 135 mm, for example, a color sensor can be attached.
Depending on the application, additional variable data is applied to the label by means of a printer; this print can also be checked by a sensor. In order to provide space for these additional components, there are various lengths for the clear width system.
